With it being one year since our Ramah Seminar flight took off for Israel, I stumbled across this photo from an early morning sunrise after climbing Masada. Looking back, those moments still hold such a special place in my heart. It was a summer that shaped me in ways I never expected and one I will never forget. Ramah Seminar helped me better understand who I am, deepened my connection to Israel, and gave me the confidence to pursue what comes next. Today, as I leave to spend the summer as a counselor at Ramah Darom, I feel ready to be the mentor and guide that my counselors were for me. A year ago, if you had told me I’d be spending a full gap year in Israel, I probably wouldn’t have believed you. But after Ramah Seminar, it somehow felt like the only right next step. The experience sparked something in me that made me want to keep learning, growing, and strengthening my connection to Israel. Thank you, Ramah Seminar, for opening doors I never knew were waiting for me. I will always be grateful for the journey it started!!
