Visitation Guidelines – Seminar 2025

While your teens are in Israel, we understand that relatives and friends may want to visit. We are happy for them to connect with family and friends in Israel when (and where) possible. Pre-arranged, approved visits can take place only during certain times in compliance with security protocols and in order to minimize disruption to the program. We will do our best to accommodate visits, but our action-packed, dynamic schedule may mean that teens are not available, and/or that approved visits need to be rescheduled. 

• Seminar has  a strict policy against visitors on Shabbat. If family/friends attempt to visit over Shabbat they will be turned away – without exception.
• ALL VISITS, including on the below dates, must be approved at least 72 hours in advance by our office manager. Dates and times are subject to change due to last-minute alterations or disruptions in the program schedule.
• Should a chanich/a wish to leave the campus with guests (i.e. dinner with family or friends), arrangements must be made in advance with the Seminar Office Manager (seminaroffice@ramah.co.il) and approved by parents at least 72 hours prior to the visit. These types of off-campus visits will be limited, at the discretion of the program leadership.

Campers will be in a grouping of buses titled “Ben Gurion” or “Herzl.” As their schedules differ, note that they have different visiting times on certain days. Camps will be assigned to a chativa by May 15.
